1. Payment is required at your final destination. The return trip is booked in advance.
GO ROUTAIR will then produce a written invoice of the details regarding the booking.
2. The confirmation fax or email is your proof. This must be presented to the GO ROUTAIR representative for both the outward and return trip.
3. In the case of missed flights forcing you to miss your transfer, please contact us to postpone the transfer subject to availability. GO ROUTAIR will ask you to inform the driver of flight delays as soon as possible for convenience. Otherwise, an extra charge will be subject to an additional waiting time of 40 CHF per hour.
4. Customers are entitled to cancel the booking by email or fax. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the time of travel. In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, GO ROUTAIR claims 50 % of the booking if not cancelled within 3 days prior to departure.
5. All luggage must be clearly labelled with the owners name and destination address.
6. GO ROUTAIR reserves the right (and delegates to its chauffeurs the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).
7. Smoking is not permitted on board.
8. GO ROUTAIR will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time to begin the transfer and that it reaches its destination on time. GO ROUTAIR will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control. Vehicles are fully insured for passengers, luggages and third party claims, as required under Swiss law.
9. GO ROUTAIR will endeavour to carry the passenger with the minimum discomfort and inconvenience to his/her destination shown on the confirmation document. However circumstances beyond our control may prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:
    . accidents causing delays to the vehicle
    . exceptional or severe weather conditions
    . compliance with requests of the police
    . deaths and accidents on the road
    . vandalism and terrorism
    . unforeseen traffic delays
    . industrial action by third parties
    . the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official
    . other circumstances affecting passenger safety
Swiss Law will govern these conditions in all respects
